Gannetts News10, KXTV in Sacramento, covers a news conference given by the Tracy Police Department, on the discovery of Sandra Cantu’s body. Sandra was missing for ten days before her body was found on Monday. Her body was placed in a suitcase and dumped in an irrigation pond two miles from her home. Police are now searching for her killer.
